Well, I think it is fair to say that Southend has been the place to be recently for Ministerial visits. In the last two weeks we have had three Government Ministers in the town.

I can't believe that we are fast approaching the end of 2011 and the festive season is now upon us. In addition to the Parliamentary commitments and constituency events I have been to some festive events, I am looking forward to attending a few more before the end of the year.
